How long have you been in the fitness industry: I was always a top athlete growing up, played soccer, volleyball, and track.
How did you get into fitness? After being diagnosed 4 years ago with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) it took a big toll on me I went through depression and a self destructive path. Fitness, my nutrition, helping others achieve their goals and having an overall healthy lifestyle helped me overcome any obstacle and barriers that have been thrown my way.
Other hobbies: FOOD! I love to eat, I love trying different types of cuisines.
How important is fitness to you and how has it impacted your life: Fitness is my entire life, If I hadn’t sacrificed my old habits and changed my ways to a healthy lifestyle I would honestly probably still be partying like crazy suffering those monthly hospital visits due to my diagnosis.
I feel like I’m the prime example that age is just a number, being so young in this industry I’m continuously doubted but that’s the fire that keeps me going. No matter how young or old you may be you can accomplish anything you desire as long as you believe in yourself.
